The CRM Councils focus for the next few weeks is to prepare for DMA07.
We hope you will attend. As a reminder:
- The CRM Council is sponsoring a thought leadership session on Monday afternoon from 3:00PM to 4:30PM entitled, "CRM: Is It Still Relevant?" You will have the opportunity to ask the panel to justify their positions and continue this important dialog.
- The CRM Council will host its first networking breakfast on Tuesday morning, October 16th at 7:30am. In addition to having the opportunity to network with your peers and further discuss the Monday session topic, we will have the privilege of learning how HCI Direct has utilized CRM to gain a 360o view of their customers. We will be asking you to host a table and represent the CRM Council to visitors.

The new structure will allow Council members to be involved in more strategic functions while the DMA team provides the operations functions to support the Council.
